Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- Account info: name and email you provide at sign-up.
- Subscription info: plan, status, and billing identifiers from our payments provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: which lessons and practice exams you complete, calculator inputs, and AI prompts you send, so we can show progress and improve the product.
- Technical data: basic device, browser, and log info needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- Personalize your dashboard and remember your progress.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Respond to support requests and send important account notices.
3. Service providers
We rely on third-party providers to run the Service, including hosting and database infrastructure, our payments processor for subscriptions, and AI model providers for the in-app assistant. These providers process data only on our instructions and under their own privacy and security terms.
4. AI assistant prompts
Prompts you send to the AI assistant are forwarded to our AI provider to generate a response. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember course progress and preferences. Disabling these may break parts of the Service.
6. Data retention
We keep account and progress data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Your choices
You can update your name and email from your account, cancel your subscription from the billing portal, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
8. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
