Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and are purchased through the Apple App Store (and, in a future release, Google Play). The subscription period begins on the date your purchase is confirmed and renews on the same day each month. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may be added by the app store at purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewals are charged to your Apple Account (or, for future Android releases, your Google Play account).

You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions (or, for future Android releases, in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app-store policy.

HVAC Pro Vault does not currently offer a paid free trial. Instead, the Free plan gives ongoing limited access with no payment required. If a trial is offered in the future, its length and terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase, and any unused portion is forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased where required by app-store rules.

We may change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance, and any change takes effect at the next renewal. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before that renewal date.

If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device, use Settings → Restore Purchases to re-check your entitlement. Restoring re-reads an existing valid subscription; it does not create a new purchase and does not charge you. Purchases restore to the account they were originally made with.

Paid subscriptions in the iOS app are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, you manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Google Play billing is not yet available. When Google Play subscriptions are offered in a future Android release, payment would be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically until canceled, you would manage or cancel in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, and refunds would be handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service.
