Terms of Service — HVAC Pro Vault

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using HVAC Pro Vault ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping or reselling content, no attempts to bypass access controls, no use that violates law or infringes third-party rights, and no sharing of your account with people outside your own use.

5. Educational content disclaimer

Training material, calculators, troubleshooting trees, wiring diagrams, AI responses, and other technical content are provided for educational and reference purposes only. Always follow manufacturer specifications, OEM service literature, and local code. You are responsible for your own work in the field.

6. AI assistant

The AI assistant can be wrong or incomplete. Treat its output as a starting point and verify critical information against manufacturer data and authoritative sources before acting on it.

7. Intellectual property

All courses, lessons, diagrams, and software are owned by HVAC Pro Vault or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your subscription is active.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVAC Pro Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
